Laura Chat ~ August 2011 ~ Part 6
August 22, 2011
8/22, 8:16amBarry Kort
Yes, Rebecca Black sang "Friday".
The Raytheon blog post was about being in the lobby of Raytheon BBN Systems and Technologies, which is on Moulton Street in Cambridge, where I worked in the 90s on Educational Technology Research.
BBN just stands for Bolt Beranek and Newman, the three men who founded the company some 60 years ago.
8/22, 10:03amHernandez Laura
Good Morning Barry.....
how are you today? Just woke up forgot to turn off fb......
Have a nice day
8/22, 10:06amBarry Kort
Hrmm... You slept in a bit. I've been up for hours.
8/22, 10:09amHernandez Laura
yes i did
hi:)
ever since Saturdy
Saturday
okay don't laugh
but i know you probably will
i did a healing with a horse
yup
the angels and a horse
i've sleeping wonderful
ever since the horse
on Saturday
8/22, 10:10amBarry Kort
I never did discover what a "pendulum" is in your world.
8/22, 10:10amHernandez Laura
usually
i don't sleep
oh
it is radiesthesia, radionics or kinesiology or pnedulum.....
8/22, 10:11amBarry Kort
Not that I lost any sleep puzzling over what it means.
8/22, 10:12amHernandez Laura
it is just that in that way....pendulum..my teacher Hanna Kroeger, who is not being presented in medical schools in mexico as an example got excommunicated from the church for using one
so what
what's a little excommunication
8/22, 10:12amBarry Kort
Well, golly. How about taking a dictionary word (like "Pendulum") and replacing it with a non-dictionary word (like "Radiesthesia").
8/22, 10:12amHernandez Laura
the line of communication between her and god was open
i love that word.....golly
i will look up Pedulum....and Radiesthesia
yesterday i think i got quite an education talking to you
although a lot of what i was reading...
8/22, 10:14amBarry Kort
Radiesthesia is the claimed paranormal or parapsychological ability to detect "radiation" within the human body. According to the theory, all human bodies give off unique or characteristic "radiations" as do all other physical bodies or objects. Such radiations are often termed an "aura".
8/22, 10:14amHernandez Laura
such as that last blog that made it sound like you were in CIA central
8/22, 10:15amBarry Kort
Well, golly. I am blessed with eyes that can detect photons of visible like and skin that can detect infrared photons of heat radiation. I must be gifted.
8/22, 10:15amHernandez Laura
well, webster can call it whatever they want
but it is an acutal communication system
between you and your body
that i had never seen before
and that my new friend is how i got from 6 docs.....to none
four years...from 1990 to 1994
were some of the hardest most miserable
then i met Brenda
thank God she didn't show me her pandulum
i would have ran away
8/22, 10:16amBarry Kort
Oh, for God's sake, Evy. Warm tissues give off heat, and detecting warmth is a well-known feature of temperature receptors in the skin.
8/22, 10:16amHernandez Laura
being a doc's daughter
you don't understand
8/22, 10:17amBarry Kort
Look at an infrared photo of a human body some time.
8/22, 10:17amHernandez Laura
this is what i was trying to tell you yesterday
yes i have
looked at it in the movies
i'm sure Marc works with much more accurate equipment
but to be able to walk into the docs office
and he says
oh you've lost weight...you're sweating you have hypothyrodism
and i said no i don't
but you're welcome to look
i was right, my muscle testing was right
the blood test proved it
i had never in all the years of working with dad or in my years of being exposed to info had seen anything like this
8/22, 10:28amBarry Kort
Doctors are not all that gifted at making accurate diagnoses of rare conditions.
8/22, 10:32amHernandez Laura
rare....it was a fluctuation of hormones
which i told him
i as right
Hanna was very good at using a pendulum to diagnose
she was also put in jail for practicing medicine
so was Wendell Hoffman
the one's who made one of my pendulums
and you're right docs need or use blood test to diagnose
8/22, 10:38amBarry Kort
If you told her what you told the doctors -- your own proposed self-diagnosis -- then you cannot attribute their diagnostic concurrence to any particular technique. To show that their technique has diagnostic power, you have to show that their technique discovered something unexpected that you did not already know about beforehand.
8/22, 10:42amHernandez Laura
No i had no way of knowing it was hormones.....i just felt it
i mean all the sudden what i took didn't work anymore
and the dr. confirmed....my estrogen was low
and i was taking something that makes estrogen....
but leave it to the martian
that's what me and the docs call my body
to not comply
and spazzzz out
on me
8/22, 10:44amBarry Kort
It doesn't matter if you could support your own self-diagnosis with clinical measurements of your own. If you tell someone to go look under a rock, and they look and find something there, then it was your information that made the difference, and not the fact that their own eyes found something where you told them where to look.
8/22, 10:45amBarry Kort
Our bodies have pain sensors, which trigger at locations where something is amiss with our tissues. If you tell a doctor where it hurts, the doctor will look there, and perhaps find an inflammation or similar irregularity in the tissue.
Telling someone exactly where to look is most of the battle.
8/22, 10:48amHernandez Laura
Well, then you know what an internist does, that's why they are called the flea finders of the body because usually where it hurts is not where the problem is...it is someplace else....an internist is usually the one to go to for that, my dad was better then most at it...but i don't think he realized that he was using our family gift....i get it from both sides
8/22, 10:50amHernandez Laura
both my parents have a sort of like antenna
so do my sisters
8/22, 10:51amBarry Kort
Hormones are chemical messengers that turn cell machinery on and off. They are like car keys. If you take out your car keys, insert them in the ignition, and turn the key, the engine will start. If you tell someone to go out and look in the driveway, they will exclaim, "Oh my God! The engine is running in your car!" And then they will reason that the key must have been inserted in the ignition and turned. The hormones are the keys to the ignition.
8/22, 10:51amHernandez Laura
i stopped the sweating with cinnamon and cayenne
cayenne is supposed to make you warm and promotes sweating
everyone's mouth dropped when i found that answer
to this day
i have no idea how that worked
and i think it's time to do it again...
i'm taking stuff to regulate hormones
and it's not working as well...
8/22, 10:54amBarry Kort
Cayenne has capsaicin, an oil that stimulates receptors on the tongue. We say that it feels "hot" but it's not thermal heat at all. It's just a sensation that we call "hot" because we don't have a better word for it.
8/22, 10:56amHernandez Laura
oh no Barry
i could never do that
i swallowed a capsule
with abour four capsules of cinnamon
the cinnamon
made it not burn my tummy
about
not abour
did you sleep well?
are you at work?
8/22, 11:04amBarry Kort
I am sitting at a computer in my living room. And yes, I slept well last night, mainly because I did not go to bed with a belly full of junk food, and because I am not currently wrestling with a vexing and perplexing problem rattling around my head.
8/22, 11:07amHernandez Laura
i hope you dont go to bed with a belly full of junk often.....unless it's ice cream
that's not junk...it's yummy
yummi
?
sp?
wrestling with a vexing and perplexing problem rattling around in your head, my God Barry...you make your head sound like a tea pot
dad, the docs, and me have been wrestling with a problem about the headaches
did i tell u about Daryl Stoddard??
or is it Darryl
the guy who invented biotape
?
8/22, 11:11amBarry Kort
No, you did not tell me about the Biotapes Dude.
8/22, 11:13amHernandez Laura
Biotape
i ordered it back in 2006
put it on and wow
for 2 weeks no pain
also taped my back
then boom
it stopped working
so i called him
and he said put it on your hand in the meridian of the head on the side that it hurts
then he introduced me to auricular therapy
with biotape
the electricity of the body
is amazing
this guy came up with this silver like tape
it has silver woven into it
hence my idea that there was nerve damage
and then Mr. Stoddard said it only goes two inches into the body....
i think there is something deeper...DAHHH
not a rocket scientist.....to figure that one out
but the docs keep missing the mark....
so i have to try whatever
that is not endangering me more
why are you home on the couch
?
you don't work at some universtiy with that science brain of yours
?
all that systems know how
8/22, 11:21amBarry Kort
Elecromagnetic Field Theory is generally not equated to Rocket Science. Have you ever seen my T-Shirt with Maxwell's Equations on them?
8/22, 11:21amHernandez Laura
nope
lol
you're funny
Rocket Science is just a word to me
i know nothing about it
8/22, 11:22amBarry Kort
Therein, you will also discover what University I am affiliated with.
Have you ever stood upright on two feet without falling over?
8/22, 11:25amHernandez Laura
who is Molton
you?
i guess you work at MIT
8/22, 11:26amBarry Kort
Did I mention that BBN is located on Moulton Street?
Scroll to the top of the blog.
8/22, 11:44amHernandez Laura
that is one long blog Mr. Moulton street
8/22, 11:45amBarry Kort
Moulton has lived one long life.
8/22, 11:45amHernandez Laura
what's BBN.....and can you stop talking like a soldier in abbreviations??
lol
BBN....muy bien
how long??
not too long
i mean he was born in 89
that's not really long is it?
that means i am a relic
at least you didn't name him the other street
Moulton......
sounds like Emerson
i like it
the part of the martian left me laughing
isen't it funny
we both think we're martians
now
go solve that one
8/22, 11:49amBarry Kort
BBN is the name of a company. The initials are from the founders of the company, Dick Bolt, Leo Beranek, and Robert Newman. BBN Systems and Technologies is the little company that invented the Internet, some 40 years ago.
8/22, 11:50amHernandez Laura
Oh
ok
the internet was invented 40 years ago
?
oh boy
here we go again
pain meds
hold on
8/22, 11:59amHernandez Laura
ok
hi
i liked that t=shirt......very scientist like
i think God is a scientist
a mathematician
a poet
an aritst
then again
8/22, 12:01pmBarry Kort
Yes, God's Word is often expressed not as words but as Mathematical Models.
8/22, 12:01pmHernandez Laura
what do i know
i have a feaking headache for a reason..
lol
you know something funny about me
when i graduated high school
8/22, 12:02pmBarry Kort
Probably because I am making you think, and that's a painful process.
8/22, 12:02pmHernandez Laura
no actually
you make me think of things i've never thought of
but i'm always thinking
my dad and others have always said
i think too much
you make me go go go
8/22, 12:03pmBarry Kort
Well, as long as too much thinking doesn't give you a splitting headache.
8/22, 12:03pmHernandez Laura
it's like .......
and did you know this and did you know htat
that
and no i don't
and i love to learn
you are not giving me a splitting headache
trust me
8/22, 12:13pmHernandez Laura
:0
8/22, 1:18pmHernandez Laura
but the suv that hit me did....a long headache ....and through one side or the other....invisible or visible..i no longer care
i pray and wait for the moment
that moment arrives
in the meantime i have a good team
in both places
it's important to have support in your journey.....
8/22, 1:20pmBarry Kort
What is the name of the destination of your journey?
8/22, 1:20pmHernandez Laura
8/22, 1:20pmBarry Kort
Happiness?
8/22, 1:20pmHernandez Laura
no
i am happy
i can be like this now and be happy
8/22, 1:21pmBarry Kort
Oh. I thought the Happy Face was your answer to my question.
8/22, 1:21pmHernandez Laura
no
it wasn't it was a smile for the question
i love your questions
you don't think normal you martian
pain free life
is my destination except i'd like to use words
without the word pain
in it
8/22, 1:22pmBarry Kort
The name of your destination is No Pain?
8/22, 1:22pmHernandez Laura
and no is another word i stay away from
never pain
better
it makes no sense
8/22, 1:23pmBarry Kort
Neverneverpainland?
8/22, 1:23pmHernandez Laura
lol
hahahahahahahahahahahaha
8/22, 1:24pmBarry Kort
Athletes say, "No pain, no gain."
8/22, 1:24pmHernandez Laura
yes i now
that's what i use to say
never say that aain
again
8/22, 1:24pmBarry Kort
My friend says, "Pain in inevitable. Suffering is optional."
8/22, 1:25pmHernandez Laura
i was told by a few of the Wayne Dyers...Evolyn Black...Cecelia Britton...unconcious doesn't hear no can't wont......
8/22, 1:25pmBarry Kort
My mother, who had arthritis the second half of her life, was in constant pain from it.
8/22, 1:25pmHernandez Laura
then Kat said....Yodas......Never say try, do, do not....
i've already healed that
it got in my shoulder and hands and feet
took Hanna's stuff
and i healed a breast tumor .....well Mom did with Hanna's method
and healed my heart
it went ballistic
with zoomig
8/22, 1:26pmBarry Kort
Healers say, "Go into the pain."
8/22, 1:26pmHernandez Laura
yup they do
and trust me
as much as i can i do
you've got to feel it to heal it
doctors say
8/22, 1:27pmBarry Kort
You can start a company called Anodynamics.
8/22, 1:27pmHernandez Laura
when you have pain, body puts out cortisol from the adrenaline rush...panic response
so being in pain for too long will shut down your immune system
Anodynamics Inc.
you think that's what this is leading to???
8/22, 1:29pmBarry Kort
The promotional spokesmodel dances and declares, "Anodynamite!"
8/22, 1:29pmHernandez Laura
the on and off switch for pain is in the Adrenals.....the neuronal ganglion in the adrenal cortex
that goes through the central nervous system and comunicates with the ganglion of every cell
Anodynomyte
no wait
Anodynomight
8/22, 1:30pmBarry Kort
Anodyne Tonight.
8/22, 1:38pmHernandez Laura
brb phone sorry
