Services: LIHEAP emergency utility assistance for low-income families; weatherization services (utility assistance and weatherization both subject to availability of funds and program guidelines). LIHWAP is a one time payment that can be applied towards the water and sewer bill.

Clinic Schedule

Walk-in and scheduled appointments are on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. WIC visits are by appointment only on Wednesdays during regular business hours. Most services are open to any Osage County resident or visitor. Some services require residency in the county or there is a small fee.

Daily Services: Provides assistance to low-income individuals and families in crisis. Operates homeless shelter and offers emergency food, clothing, rent and utility assistance, as well as character building programs for youth and adults, counseling and referrals. Also provides seasonal assistance.
