Arthur Center Community Health Services offers a full range of primary care services including preventive care, physicals, oral health services, treatment of minor illnesses to management of chronic diseases. Primary care staff work collaboratively with behavioral health professionals to provide integrated care to treat the whole individual. Includes: Treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, Screenings, Wellness Coaching, Physicals (school, sports, employment), Case Management.
Hours of Operation:Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Dental: Monday-Friday - 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday-Friday - 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday - closed Saturday & Sunday - closed By Appointment Only
