Services: LIHEAP emergency utility assistance for low-income families; weatherization services (utility assistance and weatherization both subject to availability of funds and program guidelines). LIHWAP is a one time payment that can be applied towards the water and sewer bill.

Tues and Thurs, 9am to noon at the Second Missionary Baptist Church. We help pay utility bills, food costs, prescription medicines, and prescription eyeglasses. Occasionally, through partnership with other local charities and organizations, we can offer gift certificates or other vouchers to local retailers. We also carry the necessary forms to apply to the CMCA Emergency Assistance Program in Columbia MO.
