Food Pantry: Food Distributions: Supplemental food is provided from Feeding America and TEFAP (We are an equal opportunity provider) on a monthly basis every Wednesday from 9:00am-12:00pm and every Friday from 3:00pm-6:00pm. These are once per month distributions and you may come on whichever Wednesday or Friday you would prefer throughout the month. We also hold a once monthly supplemental Food Distribution in Vandalia, MO. on the 3rd Thursday of each month, 11:00am-2:00pm, located at 111 S. Main St. The eligibility for supplemental food, that you are experiencing food insecurity. We share food with our neighbors in our lobby each day we are open with no obligation or sign in. There is never a charge for food. Our Salvation Army emergency financial assistance includes help with prescription medicine, birth certificates and other emergency needs on an individual basis, depending upon the individual’s needs

Located at the Second Missionary Baptist Church. We help pay utility bills, food costs, prescription medicines, and prescription eyeglasses. Occasionally, through partnership with other local charities and organizations, we can offer gift certificates or other vouchers to local retailers. We also carry the necessary forms to apply to the CMCA Emergency Assistance Program in Columbia MO.
