Home weatherization services to make home more energy efficient, thus cutting down on utility expenses. Eligibility: Total income of less than 150% of federal poverty guidelines. Written permission must be obtained by landlord, if home is not owned by applicant. Cannot be weatherized if home has already been weatherized since 1994.

Our "First Place" loan program gives first-time homebuyers* the edge they need to purchase a home,

with cash assistance available.

Our MCC program provides income eligible first-time homebuyers* with an opportunity to reduce the amount

of federal income tax owed each year they own and live in their homes.

Our “Next Step” program gives first-time homebuyers as well as non-first time homebuyers the opportunity to purchase their own home with higher income limits and purchase price limits. It also gives the borrower the opportunity to receive cash assistance for down payment and closing cost assistance

USDA Rural Development’s Section 502 Direct Loan Program provides a path to homeownership for low, very-low, and moderate income families living in rural areas to make affordable homeownership a reality. This program assists moderate, low, and very low-income applicants obtain decent, safe and sanitary housing in eligible rural areas (any area or town less than 35,000 people) by providing payment assistance to increase an applicant’s repayment ability. No down payment is required. Payment assistance is a type of subsidy that reduces the mortgage payment, and the amount of assistance is determined by the adjusted family income.
