The Foster Grandparent Program provides an opportunity for men and women age 55 and older to interact with children through active involvement at locations such as non-profit daycare centers, Head Start, state-supported facilities, public and private schools and home settings. Choices for People Center, Inc. provides year-round instructional programs and support services designed to aid individuals with disabilities in developing essential life skills. These skills promote inclusion, independence, self-sufficiency, and productivity; and aim to maximize the individual's quality of life in the least restrictive environment possible.

Employment Services help secure competitive employment and on the job supports for individuals eligible for services.

Services that are available to individuals consist of career exploration, and extensive one on one evaluation to ensure successful outcomes for the individual. A job development plan that takes that information into account to find a job match for the individual and if needed on the job supports tailored toward an employment plan.

Job retention and employee/employer relationships and continuing supports are also a focus of the program.

The program is funded by Vocational Rehabilitation or the Department of Mental Health.
