Hello and welcome to Valentine's Week. My classes have been focused again on jump rope skills like using a long jump rope as well as continuing with the jump rope ninja challenges that were featured last week. There is a video below that will outline some basics with long jump ropes from jumping using a long rope to being a good rope turner.
The assessment that should be completed this week if you are virtual student is the assessment of the locomotor skill of Galloping. The video below should help with completing this assessment and as always don't forget to submit your skills assessment as well as your accountability form to your teacher to make sure you are getting credit for you Physical Education time.
We will also feature some videos of some fun valentine's themed activities as well as the introduction of a fun game called table ball and a cup game your whole family could partake in. (make sure that you have your parent's permission to play some of these games, you many need to wait until spring to try them outdoors).
