WRPS Elementary Physical Education

Hello Parents / Guardians,

Students typically have physical education classes 3 times per week so we want to remind you of the importance of getting your child(ren) moving as part of their routine at home. Moderate exercise is a great way to get your brain active and ready for more learning. To help maintain a healthy lifestyle, the recommendation is 60 minutes of activity per day. Some days may be more, some days may be less which is just fine! Chores such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, shoveling, etc. would certainly count in our book as activity.
