Off-Campus Activities

Hello Parents / Guardians,

With you child being at home, it is still important to remember to keep your kids physically active. The recommendation is for students to be active for 60 minutes per day. This doesn't have to all be at one time. Break up your day with some activity breaks. Work in some time for some fitness skills like sit ups or push ups and some stretches. When you select the activities for a particular week you could do them as a family, or if you find ones you like, do them over again. The links for each week will stay active through out the school year. Have fun and stay active.
