A VPN, or Virtual Private Network, allows you to create a secure connection to another network over the Internet. We use a VPN to connect you to the Winning networks securely from home, so you can access systems such as Sales Portal and Locality Manager that are only available on our network.
Keep in mind, to follow these steps you will need to have been granted access to the Winning VPN by our Help Desk team. If you are completing this training, this should have been done for you already. The instructions below are for Chromebooks only. If you have a Windows computer, please reach out to Help Desk.
Watch the following video. The steps are also outlined below so you can copy and paste the VPN address. Please note, Help Desk has updated their advice since the video was filmed. When selecting the group, use '2FA-radius' instead of 'TGMain'. Steps outlined below the video.
Download Cisco Anyconnect on your Chromebook by visiting this page.
Add a new connection, and enter the Name: asa02.winning.com.au and Server Address: asa02.winning.com.au
Open the settings menu by clicking on your clock in the bottom right hand corner. Click 'VPN' and then select the network we just set up
Set the group to 2FA-Radius and log in using your Username: firstname.lastname Password: [Password you use to log in to Winning].
You'll then be prompted to enter a code from the Google Authenticator or Okta Verify app on your phone. If you do not have either app installed/configured, make sure you have enrolled in OKTA. Follow the steps in this document to enrol in OKTA.
