Depending on the supplier they may have certain conditions around order for their prduct range , rather than manually adjust these we can add these in to a page RnD built for us link here
Examples of exemptions - container only suppliers , Mitsubishi do not sell certain ranges in states due to laws . Youll know when to create an exemption usually through email with a supplier when an issue happens the below is how to action these requests
Direct to the RnD dashboard
Click on the two lines in the photo and direct to " Exemptions"
3. Once in in the search bar type in some details regarding the condition your about to load ( eg vendor number ) to make sure it doesn't already exist
4. Once confirmed the condition doesn't exist select "New" and add in details regarding condition and hit save
5. In the next order day these conditions will be included in that order , changes are not immediate
Interval orders are setup for suppliers that have restrictive ordering patterns due to limitations on their side. For example suppliers that can only recieve orders on fridays
3. Once in in the search bar type in some details regarding the condition your about to load ( eg vendor number ) to make sure it doesn't already exist
4. Once confirmed the condition doesn't exist select "New"
5. Apply relevant conditions ensuring we select a start and end date
