The non-sellable stock list is a dashboard that records the locations where we currently possess inventory of a particular item that is not listed on any of our websites. This implies that we are holding stock without actively promoting or advertising it
Ensure that the item is not present on the AOL website, if it is, there is no action required.
Search the model in the queue to check for any communications that might have led to the inclusion of this model in the non-sellables list.
If stock has been superseded check to see if inventory and sales orders are equal , if so reserve stock

The reason why stock for the specified SKU (eg APL600) at the assigned location (eg 201MAIN) is a result of the discontinuation and quitting of models. In situations where the available inventory exceeds the outstanding sales orders , the system will automatically identify and reserve that stock for a transfer. This transfer is crucial for fulfilling the order, especially when there is inadequate local stock to meet the demand or the customer does not want to go with an alternative model. It's important to note that this transfer is not automated, and someone needs to manually initiate the process.
Send an email to both the shorts manager and team leader, notifying them to promptly initiate the processing of these short orders.
We suggest either following up on any remaining purchase orders , customer wanting an in stock alternative or transferring the remaining stock
Ensure the model has been set up correctly in NAV ( pricing , potential kitting etc )
Check PSS that AOL has pricing loaded if not load it
