Stock on hand (SOH) reports

This report shows the Stock on Hand as well as the Stock valuation, we can filter this data by supplier , category etc . It also shows the dollar value on hand and quantity on hand. Often suppliers , PRMs or supply chain management will need to know the SOH for goods currently in our warehouse.

1. Go to Navision

1. Go to Items > Stock Keeping Units at the top of the screen

1. Expand and add filters to whatever you need to search up. Make sure to put in the location code always, otherwise it will process all 100+ locations instead of 5-10. Usually it’s AOL or WA or both

1. Control + E and save into your x - drive folder

1. Import into a google doc and rename the sheet

1. Sense check the data by check 4-5 skus on the list to ensure the report is accurate before we send to whom ever requested

Example 1 :

Please provide a list of SOH for SHELDON & HAMMOND in AOL & WInnings

We would add filters for:

Vendor No (V01407)
Inventory (>0)
Location Code (201MAIN|301WHSE|501WHSE|701WHSE|801WHSE|WA-DC-SYD|WA-DC-MEL|WA-DC-BRI|WA-DC-WA|WA-DC-ADL)

Example 2 :

“Please provide a list of products for BOSCH in AOL where we have 0 in stock and 0 on PO"

We would add filters for:

Vendor No (000355)
Inventory (=0)
Qty on Purchase Order (=0)
Location Code (201MAIN|301WHSE|501WHSE|701WHSE|801WHSE)
