Buying claims 

Vendor moving to Consignment

If there is a non physical stock movement of stock i.e. where a vendor is moving to Consignment.

1.  Buying to generate a report by state with the location code where the stock is showing, the quantity to be claimed, unit price Central Administration is to claim.

2. Buying  will email Central Administration with Rebecca Pascuzzo ,Frances Covel and Mason Rangiheua on copy. 

3. Central Admin will raise the claims from the selling location, Buying will raise $0 Purchase orders into the CST location and email Central Administration with Rebecca Pascuzzo and Frances Covel on copy.

4. Rebecca / Frances will book the stock in on the purchase orders.

Vendor Buying back stock 

This is a physical stock movement  

1. Buying to generate a report by state with the location code where the stock is showing, the quantity to be claimed and unit price Central Administration is to claim. 

2. Buying will email Central Administration, the warehouse managers and the returns group at each site (depending on what state is returning stock) with Rebecca Pascuzzo ,Frances Covel and Mason Rangiheua on copy. Buying must provide the approval from the vendor prior to claims being raised.

3. The warehouse manager to advise once stock has been moved to the quarantine location i.e. 201QUAR

4. Central Admin to raise the claims and email to the vendor and the relevant warehouse returns teams.

Returning Vendor Consignment stock

We do not own the stock if the Vendor requires their stock back and it is in a CST location the claim is raised from there.

1.  Buying to generate a report by state with the location code where the stock is showing, the quantity to be claimed.

2. Buying will email Central Administration, the warehouse managers and the returns group at each site (depending on what state is returning stock) with Rebecca Pascuzzo ,Frances Covel and Mason Rangiheua on copy. Buying must provide the approval from the vendor prior to claims being raised.

3. Central Admin will raise the claims at $0 from the CST locations.

4. Rebecca / Frances will book the stock in on the purchase orders.
