Students will be creating a Landscape picture.
Landscape - Is basically a picture of outside.
Background - back of the picture.
Foreground - front of the picture.
I have included a short Youtube video , that may need to be paused from time to time to assist the students when creating their picture. The video does not show the art teacher coloring; however, students will be able to use their own ideas for coloring (they can be realistic colors or abstract color selections for coloring their landscape picture).
- First, they will draw with pencils. Try their best, it does not have to look exactly like the picture in the demonstration video.
- Next, they will color-in their landscape pictures with crayons.
Students will take home their pictures today, even if they do not finish coloring.

To open video in Youtube. Place the curser on the video image and click one time: it will change to the arrows. Now move it to the top left section of the video. Go to the "Open in a New Tab." This will take you to Youtube to play the video.
