Oculocygnus is a genus of large, parthenogenic Sweala species somewhat reminiscent of swans. While individual shapes/sizes differ between species, each is characterized by a medium-large physique and slender build made for air and water travel.
Red Scraw
(Oculocygnus rubrum)
The Red Scraw, Oculocygnus rubrum, is a medium-large omnivorous species of scraw typically residing in humid, morass-centric environments. They reside in morasses in Pratoria and are immediately recognizable by their long necks and slender stature. They reproduce entirely parthenogenically, creating egg-like structures and hatching them much akin to Earth's birds. As such, genetic variation is hard to come by in scraw populations, and it is currently not understood how this interferes with species survival. They typically grow to around 6-8 ft (1.8-2.4 m) long and typically weigh around 110 lbs (49.9 kg).
