============================
I think that the dispatch / lifeline channels are monitored by dispatchers
I think that the command channels are for chief officers
I dont know exactly which channels are monitored by dispatchers - I
assume the lifeline channels and the command channels are monitored by
dispatchers - and the dispatchers have the ability to transmit on
those channels
I guess that 453.2125 is paired with 458.2125 - mobiles xmit on
458.2125 - dispatchers xmit on 453.2125 - maybe repeaters (FB2) are
used on 453.2125
Bottom line - they seem to have 2 main channels on VHF and 2 main
channels on UHF - and all the other channels might be used for short
range comms only
