Utah

Utah typically has one 911 dispatch center per county. Sheriff departments provide primary police services (assisted by Utah Highway Patrol). There is only 1 "county fire department" AFAIK - Utah County FD - and they just have 1 station AFAIK. Ambulances are typically provided by local ambulance services or fire departments. State Forestry only has approx 2 dozen employees who staff maybe 12 small pumpers (1 per county).
