Primary PSAPs are ... Cheshire County Sheriff + Hanover PD + State of NH at Laconia + State of NH at Concord + Rockingham County Sheriff + Grafton County Sheriff + Belknap County Sheriff

Secondary PSAPs are ... portsmouth Naval Shipyard + Capital Area Fire + Lakes Region Fire + Goffstown PD

it seems that coos, carroll, strafford, merrimack, sullivan, and hillsborough counties still route all 911 calls thru the state PSAPs

Per the July 2011 FCC PSAP Registry, there are 4 PSAPs in New Hampshire - Belknap County Sheriff + Grafton County Sheriff + NH Statewide + Rockingham County Sheriff - (perhaps these are primary and secondary PSAPs)
