FG channels

For those of you that hear SWNH on 154.43 (Keene NH area)

Their website says they have multi fireground channels - 154.385 -

154.295 - 153.83 - 154.01 - 154.28 - 159.45

However -

159.45 is used to dispatch Keene FD

153.83 also has a repeater from Winchendon Mass FD

154.295 is also licensed for a high level repeater in Claremont NH for

the Corydon FD - ????

154.01 just has 1 base in SE VT

154.28 is the statewide mutual aid channel

154.385 Tac 1 does have multiple base stations

153.77 - I have no idea what they use that for - it is not listed on

their website

In the final analysis - they seem to have just 1 and a half exclusive

and clear fireground channels

Antrim had a fire call today. Tac 1 was assigned as fireground

channel. Turned out to be a controlled burn only.

Also today - a Vermont fire call was possibly assigned Tac 4 (which is

the 154.01 channel IIRC).
