You may register to vote online at NEReg2Vote or in person through at your county election office, the state Department of Motor Vehicles when applying for or renewing your driver’s license, or through the state Department of Health and Human Services and State Department of Education. As a college student, you can choose to vote from your school address, regardless of which state you attend school in or call home.
