Nebraska is a "no-excuse" state. If you are registered to vote, you may apply for early or absentee voting without offering a reason. The process for voting early or absentee is exactly the same.

To apply for early or absentee voting, fill out the Early Voting Form and mail it to your county election office. You may also scan your request and email it to your county election official.

When are the deadlines for early voting applications?

The last day to request a ballot to be mailed to you is October 23, 2020. The last day to vote early in the county election office is November 2, 2020.
