The beginning of the world and its first struggles. Lasted from the creation of Dûnathel to the gods' retreat from the world. The world is new in the era, unblemished by war or destruction, though that will soon change. The people are new as well, like children to the gods who created them, and they depend on the gods for advice and instruction to thrive in their homeland.
Most accounts of this era were lost or destroyed during the Age of Ashes. Those that remain are indistinguishable from legend.

? - Creation of Dûnathel - the gods create the world of Dûnathel and fill it with beautiful landscapes, plants and creatures of all kinds, and finally the Dûnan.
? - First Dawn War - jealousy and squabbling breaks out among the gods as the Dûnan grow numerous enough to step on each other's toes. The gods battle across the skies, and they pit their children against each other in bloody battle. Untold numbers die.
? - Time of peace - the gods come to an uneasy truce, and vow not to pit their children against each other again. The Dûnan begin to recover.
? - Second Dawn War - fighting breaks out among the gods once more, fiercer this time. To get around their vow, the gods create new beings, the Feuran, to hunt and kill the Dûnan of other gods without sending out their own Dûnan to battle. Untold numbers are killed by Feuran, and even more fall victim to the carelessness of the gods' battle, as chunks of the world are thrown around and parts of the gods themselves fall from the sky. The war only ends when the Nameless God bars the gods from the world they created, banishing them to the watch it from afar.
? - Birth of the first dragon - the first dragon is born on Dûnathel. Legends are unclear about the significance of this.
