No matter how much we plan and prepare there is always some risk that something will go wrong or at least not go exactly to plan.
How do you manage and prepare for that?
What is the worst things that could happen?
What do you do when this happens?
What are the most likely risks?
For example; weather, theft, internal conflicts, lack of financing etc.
Are you prepared for all possible safety challenges?
For example by having safety/aid manuals etc.
There are several crucial steps in risk management in events.
