Planets

Planet codex entries give background to many of the planets you will visit around the galaxy. There are a total of 42 planet codex entries, however some are faction specific. Planet entries are found in the Planets section of the codex. Prior to 4.0 planet codex entries were obtained individually on each character, however with the legacy unlocking of datacrons, planets by association, were also legacy unlocked for every character. The few planets whose codex entries are not legacy unlocked will grant a codex when you first travel to them, however only a handful actually have a banner that appears for unlocking the codex entry.
