This achievement is unlocked for killing 1,000 enemy combatants in any difficulty. Although it requires a high number of deaths, this is easily completed in 3 runs, one on each difficult level. The enemies needed to complete this are;

This achievement is unlocked for killing 100 enemies while under the effects of a Combat Clarity adrenal acquired from Destroyable Crates. Note you don't have to use the ability with no cooldown to gain the effect. The best way to earn kills with this is to use an AOE ability while under the effects of the adrenal. The activities needed to complete this are;
