Coruscant

Coruscant is the capitol planet for Republic faction characters, and is the final planet in the prologue. It has 405 legacy points spread between 36 achievements in 10 subsections. Most of the achievements are relatively easy to obtain with one of each Republic classes, assuming you do the class story, faction story, side quests, heroic missions, and exploration missions.

These achievements are unlocked for killing any combination of 1,000, 2,500, and 5,000 combatants on Coruscant. Between the other achievements for Coruscant that require kills there are a total of 100 (hounds), 100 (cthons), 500 (Black Sun), 100 (Black Sun droids), 250 (Imperials), 150 (Justicars), 150 (Migrant Merchant Guild), which adds up to over 1,350 kills towards the achievements. Between these, and the kills obtained during class stories, faction stories, side quests, heroic missions, and exploration missions, the remaining kills should be easy to come by with one of each class.
