This is a hidden achievement
This achievement is unlocked for killing 1,000 of the Dreadful Ugnaughts with Burning Lava. The Burning Lava debuff is supposed to be applied via a Lava Bucket mechanic that seems to not be implemented in the fight with Grob'thok. Additionally all points in the Dread Fortress section of Operations are accounted for. The legacy points, Cartel Coins, and achievement are not accessible at this time.
