This achievement is unlocked for killing IP-CPT without gaining any stacks of Escalating Exposure. Escalating Exposure stacks are gained from standing on active fire grates, being hit with wall beams, or allowing Intrusion ID Units to explode. Once IP-CPT is killed the achievement will unlock for any group members that didn't receive any stacks. The activity needed to complete this is;

This achievement is unlocked for killing Watchdog without any group members detonating PMX4 bombs. PMX4 bombs are the blue or orange circles that Watchdog applies periodically throughout the fight. Detonating one of these prematurely by clipping another group member's PMX4 bomb circle prevents this achievement from being earned. Once Watchdog is defeated the achievement will unlock for all group members. The activity needed to complete this is;

This achievement is unlocked for killing Lord Kanoth without the corner tiles becoming Hardened. Nihrot becomes hardened when a square has two Nihrots applied to it without being cleansed with Fire Probe explosions or Nihrot Suppression Devices. Once Lord Kanoth is killed the achievement will unlock for all group members. The activity needed to complete this is;

This achievement is unlocked for killing Lady Dominique without any operation members being knocked off the platform. Lady Dominique has several abilities that can knockback players, so positioning to prevent being knocked off the edge is critical. Her knockback abilities include; Blastwave, Concussive Blast, Insulate, and Recursive Blast. Once Lady Dominique is killed the achievement will unlock for all group members. The activity needed to complete this is;
