This achievement is unlocked for recruiting Dr. Lokin on any character from the Alliance Alert Mission, A Kindly Old Monster. You can only recruit Lokin after recruiting Yunn. The mission needed to complete this is;

This achievement is unlocked for trading a Barnacle of the Eyeless to Dr. Lokin while increasing his approval during the first step of A Kindly Old Monster. This can only be completed on a non Imperial Agent character. Barnacles of the Eyeless drop from the event operation boss The Eyeless. The item needed to complete this is;

This is a hidden achievement

This achievement is unlocked for feeding Stritchy 10 times. You must have recruited Dr. Lokin into the Alliance for this to become active. There is a Thranta Meat Snack Box that may be clicked on, to obtain a treat. Stritchy spawns in random locations in the Military Hangar and must be right clicked on to be fed. Stritchy can only be fed once per day, so this requires multiple characters or several days to complete.

This is a hidden achievement

This achievement is unlocked for refusing Dr. Lokin at the end of A Kindly Old Monster. Note that you must still complete gaining his affection and the missions in the Rakghoul Tunnels before you are able to turn him down as a companion. The mission needed to complete this is;
