There are four datacrons on Rishi. All four require a multi step process to activate and require special items, however all four are in the same place so this process only has to be done once. They provide major attribute bonuses. All four are required for the Rishi Datacron Master achievement.

Revealing the Rishi Datacrons
The Rishi datacrons are not out in the open like most datacrons, and instead must be revealed through a series of collectible items and intractable objects.

To start you will need to collect three Data Packets, one from each of the special named grophets. The grophets have small Jungle Grophet place holders and have a very low spawn chances (~0.01%). There is one packet that drops from a grophet and you need one of each to interact with the next object. It generally takes 2-4 hours for each grophet to spawn, although the time is entirely RNG dependent.

One all data packets have been collected you can activate them by right clicking on them from your inventory. The buff provided from each packet lasts for 1 hour and 30 minutes, and all three must be activated to interact with the next step of the summoning process. You should only activate the packets once you have collected all three.
Neural Imprint
One all three data packets are active you can interact with the Cybernetic Skull on Slave Island, which will grant you a Neural Imprint which is required to negate a poison buff that is applied by the Unique Rock that reveals the datacrons. The Neural Imprint will last for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Incredible Smell
The next step will be to get the Incredible Smell buff, which will keep the Sea Creature Tentacles from treating you as hostile when you interact with the Anchored Rocks that contain the datacrons. This is a small clickable bottle in a trash pile, and once selected it will grant you the Incredible Smell buff for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Neural Location
Leeching Toxin
Once you have acquired the Neural Imprint and Incredible Smell buffs you will be able to safely interact with the Unique Rock, which will reveal the location of the Anchored Rocks, and the datacrons. If you interact with the Unique Rock without the Neural Imprint buff you will instead receive Leeching Toxin which will kill your character rather quickly. Interacting with the Unique rock with the Neural Imprint will grant the Neural Location buff. Both the Neural Location and Leeching Toxin buffs last for 20 minutes, and a blue beam will project from the Unique Rock when clicked with the Neural Imprint buff.

Once the Unique Rock has been selected follow the blue beam to the Anchored Rocks surrounded by neutral Sea Creature Tentacles. Be sure not to attack the tentacles, there are several, and all have high health and damage. If you have the Incredible Smell and Neural Location buffs you will be safe to interact with the Anchored Rocks. This will cause the tentacles to become friendly and smash the island, revealing the four datacrons and several loot chests. The rocks reset after a few minutes so be sure to quickly collect your datacrons.
