Independent Territories

Overview

The Independent Territories is the collective name for planets, star systems, space station and other settlements not under the control of the Kepek Commonwealth, Eberanu Collective or any other major galactic political group.

Typically, Independent territories operate as completely legal and autonomous states, but the Kepek Commonwealth specifically views them all collectively as rebel states who harbour criminals and outlaws. Many Kepek Commonwealth citizens likewise view all independent territory citizens as criminals by default.
