The Nabrid

Overview

The Nabrid fleet is the only Interstellar Colony Fleet in the commonwealth to have no planetary colonies to oversee. The deeply religious Nabrai people who live aboard the Nabrid fleet believe that the Kepek species were always meant to live in space permanently, and see planetary colonies as antithetical to this world view. The ships of their fleet are entirely self-sustaining and have been functioning as such for generations.

While they have no planetary colonies, they do have a few space station colonies, though they are relatively small and serve mainly as places of worship than true colonies. Still, they do support small permanent populations. When not at their station colonies, the Nabrid fleet spends their time mostly exploring the outer ring of the Kuteb sector before returning to the Bektep Space Station once every 10 Bektep Orbits
