The people of Artab are one of the clearest examples of the Kepek's ability to rapidly adapt to their surroundings, with some of the most drastically different appearances of any Kepek. As well as being the smallest of all Kepek, Artabeans have webbing between their their arms and torsos, as well as between their legs and tails and have a series of articulated fins at the end of their tails, all of which allow them to glide through the skies of Artab, despite the planet's gravity. Interestingly, they are the only example of planetary Kepek with femur and tibia gaps - the holes found in the legs of space-faring Kepek. They have also developed a resistance to the high amounts of sulphur in the atmosphere are well, sporting a set of gill-like structures on the sides of their necks that can filter out the harmful chemical in moderate doses.
The Artabeans are known for being adventurous thrill-seekers who throw caution to the wind - literally in some cases. This reputation is only partly true though and comes down to a matter of perspective. An Artabean might, for example, jump off of a building to get downstairs faster instead of waiting for the lift or taking the ramp, but they would never do so without ensuring they would have a clear place to land, and if they're not on their home planet, ensuring they are somewhere with low enough gravity or high enough wind-speeds to do so.

Despite developing gill-like structures to help protect themselves from the harmful gases in Artab's atmosphere, many Artabeans also wear masks on their faces to further filter these gases out when travelling outside of the protective domes of Artabean cities. They do this because, when the weather is particularly harsh, the sulphuric air becomes more potent and can overwhelm their gills. Its rarely needed, but most Artabeans at least carry a mask just in case, or wear it around their necks as an accessory. Likewise, goggles and other forms of eyewear that can double as protection from the harsh winds beyond their protected cities are also very popular, even if they're only being used as an accessory.
The actual clothing of the Artabeans is typically very loose and flexible clothing styles, the most popular being robes. Artabean robes usually have a large hole all the way down the side to accommodate their webbed arms and legs. They are tied around the waist, under the arm-torso webbing, leaving an opening at the front for their abdominal pouch. The robes will usually be much longer at the front, with the sides and legs ending around thigh-length, but the front segment going all the way to the Kepek ankles. This segment usually has a magnetic strip at the end, which can be pulled back and connected to a band of the Artabean's tail. This allows the front segment to be pulled up and out of the way when flying, and keeping them "decent" from below.
