St Andrew's Cub Scout Unit is opened to all Pri 3 to Pri 6 students of St Andrew's Junior School.

St Andrew's 'STAR' Scout Group is a registered Scout Group with the Singapore Scout Association, which in turn is a member of the World Organisation of the Scout Movement.
