Badge Placement

Progress Badge

• Progress badges (Bronze arrow , Silver arrow, Gold arrow and Akela Award) are to be worn on the left sleeve, below the "Singapore Scout" flash.
• Bronze arrow being the lowest (near the seams), followed upwards by Silver arrow, Gold arrow and Akela Award.
• Akela award winner can continue to wear the badge when he joins the Scouts Section, until the Chief Commissioner's award is attained.

Proficiency Badge

• Proficiency badges are to be worn on the right sleeve.
• National Campaign Proficiency badges are to be worn on the left sleeve.
• No proficiency badges can be worn before the Bronze Arrow is attained.
• Up to 3 proficiency badges can be worn when the Bronze Arrow is attained.
• Up to 6 proficiency badges can be worn when the Silver Arrow is attained.
• Unlimited number of proficiency badges can be worn when the Gold Arrow or Akela Award is attained.

Event Badge

• Only 1 event badge should be worn at any one time.
• Each Event Badge may be worn for a maximum of 1 year.
• Cub Scout may replace existing Event Badge with a newer Event badge after earning it.
