    5. Shuttle Run (6 x 10 m)
      • 18 sec - 3 points
      • 19 sec - 2 points
      • 20 sec - 1 point
    6. 50 metres skipping (with rope turning overhead)
      • 12 sec - 3 points
      • 13 sec - 2 points
      • 14 sec - 1 point
    7. 1.6 km Run
      • 7 min - 3 point
      • 10 min - 2 point
      • 18 min - 1 point
