This season, we will utilize Connecteam for scheduling and uploading files for incentives/reimbursements. You MUST have the Connecteam app. After you sign up, you will be automatically added to the Live CFB team. The desktop version of Connecteam is terrible, so please ALWAYS view/access the Connecteam platform through the mobile app. The app will adjust all scheduled times to be in YOUR time zone. NOTE: The Connecteam platform uses the term "shift" to refer to assignments. For our purposes, a "shift" refers to a "game" assignment.
Your home screen will look similar to the screenshot on the left
The main features you will use are:
Schedule - this will take you to your schedule of assigned games. You will also be able to view the schedule for the full roster and update your availability
Directory - if you are looking to get in contact with a specific Scout or Ops member, that information will be listed in this tab
Chat - utilize the Connecteam Chat feature to start conversations with anyone in the organization. It is also where we will host our Live Data Team channels for discussions about training, Banjo issues, and general football conversations!
Profile - here you can update your profile and add a profile picture. To add a profile photo, tap on your "company card" at the top of the screen. We strongly encourage you to add a profile picture. If you do not feel comfortable using a photo of yourself, you are more than welcome to add a logo of your favorite team!
Feed - displays all noteworthy updates throughout the season. Currently, it is displaying the Incentive Form (which you will use often). Any updates will also be added to the Home page of the SIS Live CFB website
Bell - the bell icon in the top right will allow you to update your notification settings. We would recommend not adjusting this too much
To accept/confirm an assigned game, follow the steps below. Please accept/confirm all shifts assigned to you. If you are unable to work a game assigned to you, please notify Ops as soon as possible and update your availability (instructions for that are further down on this page).

The Only You tab will only display your schedule/assignments. This will be the most common screen you will use
You can also view the full schedule (Everyone) and update your availability (My Availability). You will never use the Replacements tab
Select the gear icon in the top right to update your schedule notifications. Recommended schedule settings
After you select confirm on the calendar, you will be prompted with this screen
Select confirm again. You can leave a note if you want

The main purpose of this view will be to upload your incentive information/files (this will be discussed below)
The number highlighted in gold is your GAME ID. You will need this for incentive purposes
Select the carrot (^) at the footer of the screen to change the status of your game. You must communicate with Ops if you have to change your game status for any reason
As an independent contractor, it is your responsibility to upload the necessary files, screenshots, etc. to receive the corresponding incentives or reimbursements
To do so, select your game from your calendar. This will open the game details
Before selecting the form, you will want to copy the 4-digit Game ID in the notes section. This will be the first question in your form. Each game has a unique Game ID. Ops will add this to your game details
Complete the form. Reimbursements (parking, weather gear, tech gear) will require you to enter a numerical value that corresponds with your receipt and/or screenshot. The other incentives are all flat $100 payments
Only upload relevant files. For example, we don't need to know if your game was 75 degrees or if you drove 30 miles to the stadium. If you are unsure if something qualifies, please refer to the incentive list or ask an Ops member
You will need to do this for each game (regardless of whether you earned any incentives or reimbursements). As a reminder, incentives are due the Monday after your game at 9 am ET. Best practice is to upload as soon as you get home from your game
To update your availability, navigate to the My Availability tab in the footer of the schedule tab.
Select any date on the calendar > Mark Unavailability
Once you select a date, it will pull up the above screen
Typically, you will want "All Day" to be toggled on. Tap Confirm
If you will only be unavailable for specific hours within that day, you can deselect "All Day" and enter the time block that you will be unavailable
After you confirm your unavailable dates, they will be highlighted in red on your calendar (as seen above)
To undo this, select the unavailable date, and it will pull up the modification screen
Select the trash can in the bottom left to delete the request
