We've served 112,370 meals to date and the Kitchen team in the banner above along with the distribution volunteers made it happen. Our sincere gratitude for their service during these difficult circumstances.

We would like to recognize and express our gratitude to Thiagarajar College of Engineering - Batch of '79 for their generous contribution which sponsored the 'Mask Making' activity. Thanks to their support, 30 women in self help groups are earning a wage and supporting their families.

We have now closed our kitchen, and are only continuing a bread distribution for some Migrant Labourers who could not catch the train to Kolkata due to the cyclone there. We thank all the donors, staff and volunteers who made this mammoth endeavor possible.

We are now focussed on scaling up our Cloth Mask production activities. It creates a virtuous economic cycle by providing employment to vulnerable sections of society while also protecting the population by stemming the spread of the dreaded COVID-19 virus. We invite people to purchase / distribute these re-usable, 100% high-thread count cotton masks made as per CDC specifications and support our efforts.
