JAWAHAR, PALGHAR

In the month of October, 2020 Mumbai Kendra, distributed essential educational supplies to tribal children studying in 8^th to 12^th standards, of nearby villages ( 3 hours’ drive from Mumbai ). Due to the pandemic, shortage of study material, and poor economic condition of the villagers, the children were at a loss. On the request of Ms. Asha Menon from the Shri Foundation, our Mumbai Kendra diligently put in efforts to provide the necessary educational material to the children. All the families from the 4 villages of the Jawahar Taluka, Palghar District in Maharashtra were immensely thankful for this timely provision of educational supplies.
