  Through our partnership with the King County Library System (KCLS), all RTC faculty, staff, and students have access to Hoopla, a streaming film collection.
  
  Through Hoopla, you can watch movies, TV, and cartoons on your computer or mobile devices. Hoopla also has a large children's movie collection to keep your young ones engaged and entertained. Limit of 10 check-outs a month.
