If we don't provide the answer to your RTC question(s), we forward your request to the RTC team who does!

My RTC ServiceDesk Center & Help Form = http://servicedesk.rtc.edu, (RTC account login required) - where you can submit a help request, look up solutions, and monitor your help requests progress. NOTE: The link to your RTC ServiceDesk Center & Help Form can also be found in your RTC Canvas Account's fly-out nav menu and in every RTC Canvas course's main nav menu.
RTC Live Chat = button located on the bottom right corner of these college website pages: Canvas Login | CTS/IT | Student Email -- if aren't available within 30 seconds of your submitted chat, you chat message comes a help ticket in ServiceDesk and we respond to the email you provided.
