Your RTC ServiceDesk team helps students & employees with campus technology (systems, services, hardware, software, etc.) & eLearning (Canvas, Panopto, Zoom, Panopto, Teams for education, etc.) solutions, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

If we don't provide the answer to your RTC question(s), we forward your request to the RTC team who does!

(4) Ways to Request RTC eLearning & Campus Technology Services & Support:

  1. My RTC ServiceDesk Center & Help Form = http://servicedesk.rtc.edu, (RTC account login required) - where you can submit a help request, look up solutions, and monitor your help requests progress. NOTE: The link to your RTC ServiceDesk Center & Help Form can also be found in your RTC Canvas Account's fly-out nav menu and in every RTC Canvas course's main nav menu.

  2. RTC Live Chat = button located on the bottom right corner of these college website pages: Canvas Login | CTS/IT | Student Email -- if aren't available within 30 seconds of your submitted chat, you chat message comes a help ticket in ServiceDesk and we respond to the email you provided.

  3. RTC ServiceDesk Email = servicedesk@rtc.edu

  4. CTS/IT Office Phone = +1 425.235.2500
    Voicemails become a ServiceDesk help ticket. We call or text you at the phone# you called from for followup)

  • My teacher is not responding to my Canvas Inbox messages or email. What should I do?

  • My course syllabus doesn't have any information

  • My course is missing instructions

  • The modules in my Canvas course aren't letting me go to the next assignment.
