We are friends in Recovery Dharma. We take action for our recovery
Wise Action Inquiry Practice
The Buddha suggested that we make a commitment to avoid five specific actions that cause harm, a commitment which is known as the Five Precepts. We commit to the Five Precepts as our basic ethical system.

RAIN
Recognize | Allow | Inquire | Nurture
Are there any harmful behaviors that I have engaged in - the past or present - especially around my harmful and repetitive behaviors?
Is it possible for me to begin to shift my relationship with these behaviors through the practice of bringing compassion and forgiveness to myself?
Is it possible for you to connect with, remember, and cultivate a belief in your deepest intentions of kindness, curiosity, generosity, refuge, and equanimity?
Can I think of one alternative action to take as a practice of alternative action?
