The Eightfold Path offers three areas of practice.
Wisdom
Buddhist thought is that there are three marks of reality: Impermanence, Causes & Conditions and that we are more than the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves. There is also agreement that the state of our mind A deeper understanding of any of these concepts can help cope with or precede a craving. They can set the stage for relationships that are kinder and more compassionate. They can help us let go of the ideas and behaviors that don't serve us.
