You gain 3 ability points to increase any abilities of your choice. You can't increase a single ability by more than 2 with these points.
Your body is partly encased in a hard exoskeleton. When you aren’t wearing armor, your base AC is 14 + your Dexterity modifier. You can use your natural armor to determine your AC if the armor you wear would leave you with a lower AC. A shield’s benefits apply as normal while you use your natural armor. .
Your hit point total increases by 1 and increases by 1 every time you gain a level.
You have a climbing speed equal to your walking speed and you can move up, down, and across vertical surfaces and upside down along ceilings, while leaving your hands free. When you reach 5th level, you can jump a number of feet equal to your walking speed without a running start.
In addition, you can freely move through webs, magical or otherwise, and while in contact with a web, you know the exact location of any other creature in contact with the same web.

You can construct webs to entrap and snare. The DC for your webs is equal to either your Mastery Save DC or Spell Save DC (your choice when you choose this race). You can use your webs in the following ways:
You can spend 1 minute to create nearly invisible webs in 4 10 foot cubes or a 5 foot thick 20 foot radius wall. These webs function like the Web spell but do not require concentration and they last for 8 hours. A creature that did not watch you make the webs must succeed a perception check against your Web DC to notice them.
Once per turn, as an action, you can force a medium or smaller creature or object within 30 feet of you to make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, the creature or object is grappled and restrained and you pull them into the nearest unoccupied space to you.
You can use a Bonus Action to shoot a tether that is up to 60 feet long, you can anchor it to a surface you are on and if it impacts a surface it anchors to it. If one side isn’t anchored the tether falls like a rope, at least one end must be tethered. You can climb across these tethers or use a tether anchored to the roof to descend up to its maximum length. The tethers have 5 hit points and an armor class equal to your Web DC and last 8 hours before collapsing on their own.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus and you regain all expended uses when you finish a short or long rest.
