Academic Statement & Professional Interests

My approach to teaching is to expose students to the practical and evergreen needs of archives. Through hands-on exploration and development of archives, students begin to recognize themselves as "keepers of culture," and see the endless potential in the profession. Classes are structured to best serve our needs for exploration, dialogue, and practice.
