Michael Lorenzini has worked at the New York City Municipal Archives since 1997. Prior to that he worked as an editor at the photography publisher Aperture. He received his MLS from Queens College in 2013. He has administered numerous grant-funded photographic preservation projects, and is experienced in preservation planning and disaster response. He is the author of New York Rises: Photographs by Eugene de Salignac.
