Currently serving as Assistant Manager and Program Lead for Pur Umeed Zindagi – Mental Health Program at the CHD-IHHN. She oversees program design, implementation, and evaluation across multiple sites. Ayesha holds a Post Magistral Diploma in Clinical Psychology (PMDCP) from the Institute of Clinical Psychology-University of Karachi and a BS in Psychology from Jinnah University for Women. Her work focuses on promoting ethical, inclusive, and sustainable approaches to mental health and protection, ensuring that community-based services remain accessible, safe, and impactful.
