We talked about what stress really is, how it affects the mind and body, and how simple techniques like deep breathing, mindfulness, and journaling can make a real difference during a busy workday. What made the session special was the audience — everyone listened with full attention, engaged deeply, and asked thoughtful questions during the Q&A. Their involvement showed how much they value their mental well-being. Stress cannot be completely eliminated, but we can understand it, map it, and manage it effectively.
